2.1 How do I pay?

2.2 What should I do after I’ve made my payment?

Your service would be available within 24 hours upon payment received.

2.3 Does the price of your web hosting plan covers domain name?

The price of domain registration is different from our main web hosting price. Please visit our domain hosting page to find out the prices for domain hosting.

2.4 Once I’ve made the payment can I just call you to inform about the payment?

It is recommended that you inform us again to speed up the process. If you have paid using the cash deposit banking method, please fax us the slip as soon as possible. Read more about payment method from here.

2.5 I have made extra payment for my order.

We will refund the additional fees to you or you can choose to keep it as an overpaid amount to be used again for the next cycle of payment.

2.6 How and where can I obtain your official receipt?

We will automatically send you the softcopy of receipt through email and we can also send you the receipt through fax upon request

2.7 How do I purchase additional disk space, bandwidth or add-on domain?

There’s no additional disk space or bandwidth for purchase at this moment, because we ensure that our ONE plan would cover everything you’ll need.

2.8 Can I terminate the service at anytime?

Yes, however no refund is payable to any termination.
